Responsibilities include setting up tooling and calibrating plastic extrusions for a multitude of different profiles. This position is also responsible for monitoring and adjusting extrusion lines as needed and quality monitoring.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience
  • Capable of starting, stopping, and changing-over an extrusion tool

Job Description

We are searching for a positive individual who possesses strong teamwork skills, flexibility, a willingness to learn, strong multi-tasking skills, and the ability to work independently.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Fit and assemble parts to make, repair, or modify tools and dies, using machine tools and hand tools.
  • Set up and operate drill presses to drill and tap holes in parts for assembly.
  • Smooth and polish flat and contoured surfaces of parts or tools.
  • Inspect finished dies for smoothness, contour conformity, and defects.
  • Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances of finished parts for conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments such as calipers, gauge blocks, micrometers, and dial indicators.
  • Conduct test runs with completed tools or dies to ensure that parts meet specifications; adjust as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Previous Tool Room experience
  • Demonstrated skill and ability to manufacture tooling to blueprint specifications

QA Auditor – Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are searching for a QA Auditor with proven ability in quality and auditing experience within a manufacturing environment.

The Quality Auditor:

  • Audits and prepares daily qualification documents on manufactured products
  • Insures product is produced to business-approved standards and makes disposition accordingly
  • Qualifies all manufactured products according to quality and procedure manuals
  • Collects data such as dimensions, function ability, color, productivity, and perform necessary tests
  • Records data in a format that will display the capability of a process
  • Communicates findings to Production Supervisor
