Technical Service Rep:
Everlast Composite Siding
Essential job functions:
- Assist sales teams with installation support
- Must have exterior construction knowledge/experience
- Facilitate installation training
- Perform requested job site inspections
- Out of box/warranty inspections
- Keep up to date installation instructions/documents
- Product testing
- Installation best practices
- Competitive product/installation knowledge
- Field communication w/distribution, detailers, Everlast Sales, contractors, and homeowners.
- Report directly to Product Management
Key Duties:
- Understand brand features/benefits and competitive edge over the competition
- Communicate with colleagues using Microsoft based software and remote meetings.
- Presenting live training product installation
- Travel up to 60% to job sites/customer events/trade shows
- Assist in developing competitive analysis
- Work with quality, customer service, and our customers investigating and resolving quality & warranty issues/claims
Qualifications:
- High School diploma at a minimum
- 2 years minimum in residential construction and/or similar technical service position
- Strong communicator
- Ability to multi-task at a high level
- Independent worker
- Ability to meet deadline
- Troubleshooting skills
- Navigate Microsoft Office software
- Present to small/medium audiences
