Technical Service Rep:
Everlast Composite Siding

Essential job functions:

  • Assist sales teams with installation support
  • Must have exterior construction knowledge/experience
  • Facilitate installation training
  • Perform requested job site inspections
  • Out of box/warranty inspections
  • Keep up to date installation instructions/documents
  • Product testing
  • Installation best practices
  • Competitive product/installation knowledge
  • Field communication w/distribution, detailers, Everlast Sales, contractors, and homeowners.
  • Report directly to Product Management

Key Duties:

  • Understand brand features/benefits and competitive edge over the competition
  • Communicate with colleagues using Microsoft based software and remote meetings.
  • Presenting live training product installation
  • Travel up to 60% to job sites/customer events/trade shows
  • Assist in developing competitive analysis
  • Work with quality, customer service, and our customers investigating and resolving quality & warranty issues/claims

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma at a minimum
  • 2 years minimum in residential construction and/or similar technical service position
  • Strong communicator
  • Ability to multi-task at a high level
  • Independent worker
  • Ability to meet deadline
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Navigate Microsoft Office software
  • Present to small/medium audiences
